I contacted Sonata following a disappointing experience with the first blinds retailer I tried. The first retailer was pushing a specific brand which was driving up costs and I had to sacrifice function to save money. After contacting Sonata and connecting with Lynda, she put my mind at ease by presenting me options at the price point I was looking for while still maintaining function, quality and elegance. The in house assessment went great as Lynda presented product and colour that would complement my decor. Lynda provided me a timely quote and we finalized with her offering me temp blinds for my bedrooms. My wife and I dealt with Sonata as we had them supply and install all of window coverings in our new home. We were happy with the pricing, timelines and service that was provided. We did have one little issue in regards to a cord that stopped working but called Brandi over in Service and she crushed it! Had a guy at our place in the next couple days to try and fix which wasn't possible so she had temp blinds installed and sent our blind away and we had it back in our hands less than 2 weeks later. Matt at Sonata understood our situation and presented options for a solution to eliminate the existing Somfy battery power tubes and bring the ability to 'recharge' the blinds, to a height that was manageable without a 20' ladder. The installer Tyler was efficient, knowledgeable and timely. We are thrilled with the end result - quiet motors, hidden cables, no more batteries and a very pleasing aesthetic. We would use Sonata again.

We met with Tyrell in the showroom and he showed us all of the different options as we weren’t really sure what we wanted. He sent us home with sample books and after we decided Tyrell met us at our house and we did make some changes with his advice. During our first meeting we were told install times would be held up due to product availability, which we understood. Our install time got pushed back further than expected and Tyrell sent us a very nice gift basket which we were grateful for. The installer Scott was very knowledgeable and quick at putting in the blinds and drapes. Overall we are very happy with our blinds, would highly recommend this company.
