When I met Nicole for the first time I really wasn’t certain that I would be able to find a common connection with her business. Although we both work in people’s homes, I don’t know the first thing about window fashions. At the same time, my company was putting together a package for a high end customer that wanted automated systems in their new home that included blinds. I attended training for the blinds that are offered by a company called Leviton and quickly realized I was completely out of my element.
