Matt is a senior accounts manager with over 15 years of experience in customer relations and sales for a variety of businesses and products. With a background in science and technology, Matt has a keen eye for technical challenges, and a solutions-based approach to problem solving. Passionate about all things adventure, Matt loves to enjoy the mountains: climbing, hiking, biking, skiing, or camping, he can be found outside any time of year. He is committed to creating long-term relationships with all clients and is happy to help with any project of any size.

Lynda is our lead designer with twenty years of experience specializing in window coverings from a wide range of suppliers. Known for her impeccable attention to detail, she has a proven track record of achievements. Passionate about golf and pickleball, she strives to balance the fun of these activities with the enjoyment of seeing many happy customers return for subsequent homes throughout the years as well as meeting new clients from all stages of life. Lynda is committed to delivering the right product at the right price with innovative and original solutions to her repeat clients as well as new customers while keeping abreast of industry changes and presenting ideal solutions to accommodate the many unique challenges presented.

Gary is a highly skilled and experienced drapery lead with over 40 years of expertise in the field. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Gary has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in the drapery industry. His passion for sports and unwavering dedication to his craft make him a true asset to our team. With his extensive experience, Gary possesses an unparalleled understanding of drapery design, fabrication, and installation. Hannah is passionate about the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into creating beautiful drapery. As the Drapery and Upholstery lead, Hannah and Gary bring a wealth of experience to oversee the entire lifecycle of drapery production. Though her journey in the world of textiles and design had just started, her enthusiasm for learning and commitment to excellence makes her an eager contributor to the creative process of the intricate understanding of fabrics, patterns, and the meticulous process of transforming ideas into tangible, elegant window treatments.

Nicole Robin is the General Manager of Sonata Design Edmonton. Before opening the Edmonton branch in 2018, she got her Bachelor of Communication from Mount Royal University specializing in Public Relations. Nicole is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to all her clients and is known for going above and beyond. Her favourite thing to showcase at Sonata is wallpaper and a big fan of the Hooked on Walls line. She identifies as Ravenclaw.

Sales Maestro Red Deer

Meet Tammy, a seasoned interior decorator with a passion for transforming spaces into stunning havens. Her journey began in 2008 when she founded Stage to Sell Interior Decorating, where she honed her craft and knack for creating visually captivating environments.

In 2013, Tammy and her husband bought, built and eventually sold a window covering franchise that served East Central Alberta. This experience deepened her appreciation for the intricacies of window treatments and solidified her expertise in the residential and commercial field.

Now based in Red Deer, Tammy has returned to her passion for window coverings and all things interior.

Travis is a Technical Lead with 4 years of experience in Motorization and integration. Known for his work ethic, ability to complete projects on time and on budget, He has a proven track record of achievements. Passionate about golf, He strives to deliver exceptional customer service and is passionate about all things tech. Travis is committed to delivering quality/innovative solutions to clients/customers.

LEAD ESTIMATOR

Julian is an experienced lead estimator with a passion for all things related to estimating. With over ten years of experience in the field, Julian is known for his attention to detail and ability to provide accurate estimates for even the most complex projects. His expertise in “commercial analysis” has led to many successful projects and satisfied clients. When not working, Julian enjoys exploring his geeky interests and keeping up with the latest trends in technology. With a commitment to delivering high-quality estimates and exceptional customer service, Julian strives to exceed expectations in all aspects of his work.

COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER/HSR

Lydia is the Commercial Account Manager and Health & Safety Representative. With over eight years of experience in account management and over 16 years of experience in customer service. Known for her organization and communication skills, she has a proven track record of completing projects and maintaining customer relationships, as well as keeping us all safe! Lydia is committed to delivering quality and solutions to our clients.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Brandi Menin has extensive experience in customer service and project coordination. After recently finishing her designation in Project Management she is excited to start putting those skills to work as our Project Coordinator to support Sonata Design's internal growth by putting new systems and procedures in place. Brandi is extremely organized and has mastered the true meaning of customer satisfaction, allowing her to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. When outside of the office, she enjoys playing a number of sports, keeping active, and cuddling up next to her pupper, Rori!

WARRANTY AND SERVICE COORDINATOR

Mandy is our warranty and service coordinator. She strives to make sure our customers receive the best customer service Sonata has to offer. Ultimatley Mandy ensures that all Sonata customers receive a million dollar presentation. She actively listens to customers' concerns, patiently guiding them through the resolution process with clear explanations and unwavering empathy. Her ability to empathize and translate technical jargon into understandable terms helps build trust and alleviate anxieties, ultimately fostering loyalty to the Sonata brand.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

With thorough attention to detail, OJ schedules projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction at every turn. She is fueled by a passion for fostering exceptional customer relationships and optimizing efficiency.

Beyond the boardroom, she dedicates time to photography, traveling, and fitness pursuits.
